As a co-founder of QEMDI, he brings unparalleled expertise in cross-border finance, energy, mining, and infrastructure, making him a cornerstone of the firm’s strategic vision.
Born in Elazığ, Turkiye, Dindar pursued his higher education at Middle East Technical University (ODTÜ), graduating with a degree in Political Science and Public Administration. This strong academic foundation underpins his strategic approach to complex financial and developmental projects.
He embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in 1997 in Ankara, founding Master Mühendislik, a firm specializing in electronic equipment and technology. After successfully managing the company for two years, he transitioned into the finance sector, moving to Istanbul in 1999 to co-found Daruma Kurumsal Finansal Hizmetler A.Ş. Over 12 years as a partner, he honed his skills in business development and financial structuring, establishing a robust foundation in investment banking.
In 2011, seeking to deepen integration with global markets, he founded Vezir Finansal Danışmanlık Hizmetleri. His leadership focused on developing projects linked to international financial systems. As of 2024, he has strategically strengthened this platform, now operating investment banking activities under the SCP umbrella.
His exceptional ability to bridge Turkish enterprises with international capital is evidenced by his long-term advisory roles. He has served as the Turkiye Representative for two major international banks—Landesbank Baden-Württemberg (LBBW) for 12 years and M&T Bank for 14 years. Furthermore, he has cultivated and maintained extensive project-based collaborations with numerous global financial institutions, with a particular focus on the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.

Energy & Hydrocarbons: Providing development and investment financing for major coal-fired power plants in Turkiye, petroleum field development, and refinery investments in Kyrgyzstan, and oil & gas projects in Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, and Kyrgyzistan.
Industrial & Precious Metals: Structuring finance for the development and processing of a wide range of resources, including nickel, polymetallic ores (lead, zinc, copper), iron, wollastonite, nepheline syenite, antimony, and gold mines in Turkiye and Central Asia.
Global Supply-Chain Finance: He has provided long-term financing solutions and advisory services for the investment and procurement processes of major global technology manufacturers in Turkiye, including Honeywell, Carrier, General Electric (GE), Siemens, MAN, Mercedes, and others.
His advisory prowess extends to the public sector, where he has provided strategic and financial consulting services to pivotal institutions such as the former Ministry of Development and the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB). In the latter role, he contributed to the foundational preparations and development strategies for the Istanbul International Financial Center project.
